Our site may use an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We may collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers, and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Credit card numbers are passed to a secure processing service and discarded, retaining only first and last 4 digits for support purposes. Contact information from the order form is used to send order confirmations and to communicate with customers regarding their purchase from, and use of, this site. Setting Up Your Profile, Privacy Options
When using the vConferenceOnline.com platform, you can establish your social profile.  In the Help Center of the event, select Privacy Center, then Social Profile.  From here, you can update your picture, set up your social links and select whether you’d like the profile to be public or private.  Public profiles are available to attendees in chat, private profiles are not.  (Your picture will still show, if set up, but the social links will not be shared.)  Note that any sharing of contact information as outlined by the event organizers is not impacted by the “Private” flag. 

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access, review and/or correct all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by going to your profile in the event you are participating in. Your profile is located in the Help Center -> Privacy Center. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by using the online forms available at that URL, or by sending us a request that credibly shows error (see contact information below) or by contacting us on technical support chat within the event environment. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Public Forums
This site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

This site has extensive security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Our site provides users the opportunity to, at any time, opt-out of receiving communications from us.
