seconds to buffer when it begins playing.

If not, here are some suggestions for getting things going on your system:

The most common symptom of issues with the player is simply a black screen in the video area, sometimes with "Ready" shown in the lower left corner. The other thing you may see is "Buffering..." These tips should help resolve these issues.

First, determine your actual connection speed. You can right click on the video area above, then select Statistics, Advanced. Look at the "Bandwidth in Use" item. You want that to be in excess of 350k. If it's less, it'll impact your viewing experience for the conference.
