Concierge services allow you to focus more on your event, while our team picks up some of the pieces that surround setup and management.  At the same time, additional priority support and services are also provided.   

Concierge service can be added onto any Standard (Amazing) Service event. This option is even available as an ongoing service across multiple events for annual contracts.  

Concierge includes: 

  • Priority help desk support, in addition to our standard support offerings, event coach and industry-unique red-alert systems
  • Standing meeting every 2 weeks with your event coach to review your events and talk about strategy, best practices, ideas for setup and more
  • Custom, dedicated and exclusive-to-you webinar every 2 weeks for your exhibitors
  • Custom, dedicated and exclusive-to-you webinar for your speakers every month
  • Imports of sessions, speakers, exhibitors and poster booths will be done by us to allow you to focus on the visionary objectives for your event
  • Weekend support available for building your event as an add-on
Concierge services can alleviate a good deal of the stress associated with managing the setup of your event.  Combined with the services included in our standard service levels, concierge services will allow you to leverage your time and energy to manage your speakers, exhibitors and other stakeholders for your event.  We’ll be working by your side as the event comes to life.
