Cracking the Code of Social Media

Many people think of social media as an “anything goes” environment. The reality: the social media world is bound by a strong culture including social norms, existing and developing best practices and legal regulations. This talk helps doulas understand HIPAA regulations while using new tools, the key elements of a social media policy and how to crack the code of the online culture to have the highest possible engagement in your communities.
