Jeffrey Tesch

Jeffrey Tesch, Managing Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of RCN Capital LLC, including sales growth initiatives, underwriting review with compliance oversight and leadership of senior level strategic planning. Joining the Company in 2010, Tesch led efforts to develop a national brand in private lending with the best practices and transparent products for a diverse customer base. Since RCN’s inception, Jeff has personally underwritten over 4,000 loans and overseen $800M+ in originations

John Bowens

John Bowens, Sales Supervisor and National Education Specialist, provides educational resources to real estate and alternative asset investors. Through years of experience working with self-directed IRA investors and holding positions in contracting, operations and building management, John has developed an educational curriculum that delves deep into the lesser known aspects of IRA investment techniques. Additionally, John has authored columns in Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine and frequently appears as a guest speaker on radio talk shows and at real estate investing seminars and expos.

Charles Sells

Began career investing in distressed real estate at the age of 23. By 26 and with only $4,000 to get started, formed first distressed real estate investment servicing company, which is known today as The PIP Group, LLC. The PIP Group was founded by one guy and four potential investors, willing to invest $20,000 in a little-known investment – Tax liens. Today, The PIP Group is known as one of the largest agencies of its kind, with nearly 1,000 investors worldwide. Marco Santarelli

Shawn Woedl

Susan Dupont

Susan is a results-oriented leader and entrepreneurial professional with extensive experience in start-up environments, strategic planning, business development, business process and building client, partner and vendor relationships.

Since 2014, Susan has worked as President of Radius Renovation Group (formerly SGF Contracting Services) a multi-state renovation and repair company that services investors of single-family residential real estate. Prior to the inception of SGF, Susan was involved in the REO property preservation industry. In 2007, she formed and grew a national field services company called Safe Harbor Field Services based in Braintree, MA, and then joined a large regional field services company called Midwest-Metro in 2012. The inception of SGF in 2014 was part of her strategic plan to move from serving banks and mortgage entities to real estate investors, as the housing climate shifted and foreclosures dramatically declined.

A native of Boston, MA, Susan’s background includes magazine publishing, marketing, and non-profit management. A graduate of Simmons College in Boston with a degree in management, she recently obtained a certificate in non-profit management from the University of North Carolina. She is now a board member of Rebuilding Together – Charlotte, a nonprofit whose mission is to make critical repairs and improvements on homes so that elderly and veteran homeowners can age in place. Susan resides in Mooresville, NC, the home of beautiful Lake Norman and enjoys boating and the lake life with her husband, Mark and daughter Olivia. She is also an avid New England Patriots fan – but don’t hold that against her.

Jesse Loomis

Jesse Loomis serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bid4Assets, Inc., a leading real estate online auction site.
