Rick Warren

 Pastor Rick Warren has helped people live with hope and on purpose for over 40 years. He’s the founding pastor of Saddleback Church in Southern California with more than 500 ministries. Today it is one of America’s most influential congregations with more than 30,000 weekend attenders in 18 regional and international campuses.  Pastor Rick is the author of several books including The Purpose Driven Church and The Purpose Driven Life, read by over 100 million people in 137 languages. His radio teaching and daily devotional DAILY HOPE is heard all across America.
As a global strategist, Pastor Rick founded the P.E.A.C.E. plan, a global missions effort (Plant churches of reconciliation, Equip servant leaders, Assist the poor, Care for the sick, Educate the next generation) used by churches in 196 countries. 
Rick and his wife Kay are philanthropists, giving away 91% of their income.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California Baptist University, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.

AC Crumbey

The Host for our Online Conference is Aaron “AC” Crumbey. AC is the Campus Pastor for Saddleback Los Angeles. He and his family have been at Saddleback for more than ten years, originally loving and caring for families in a volunteer capacity. Originally from Detroit, AC has a BA in Computer Information Technology but is now pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies. AC, his wife Sandra and their kids Shania, AJ and Mikaela live in Los Angeles. He loves music, serving, and mobilizing the church to make an impact in the beautiful city of LA.

Tom Kang

Tom is the Men’s Pastor at Saddleback Church. Originally from NJ, Tom served as a teaching pastor and campus pastor for one of the fastest growing churches in the Northeast. His innovative approaches to outreach and cultural engagement have been spotlighted by CNN and The New York Times. Based in Southern California, Tom is married with three children.

Mingo Palacios

Mingo serves as the Pastor of Culture and Evangelism at Saddleback Church. Mingo hosts a weekly NextGen Leadership Podcast and speaks throughout the year about the relentless love of Jesus, and the hope of the Gospel through the local church. He is husband to Fallon and father to Bravery and Nico. Mingo thrives most when pastoring leaders, connecting churches, and coaching next generation ministries through the depths of their one-of-a-kind efforts.

Jessica Sanchez

Jessica leads adult ministries at Saddleback Church’s Los Angeles Campus. She has been involved in ministry for more than 14 years, serving as a minister to high school students for seven years. Jessica Sanchez has been serving in the local church for the last 14 years. She has a passion for empowering church members to find their God-given gifts and abilities in order to mobilize the church as a body of ministers. Jessica lives in Los Angeles with her husband of 3 years and enjoys traveling, hosting game nights and finding new restaurants to try out in her free time.

Beth Schwartz

Beth K. Schwartz is the Women’s Minister at Saddleback Church in Southern California where she is responsible to lead, empower and unleash women in the multiple women’s communities of the church and beyond. Beth is enrolled in the Masters of Theology program at Fuller Seminary. Beth is a wife, mother, a friend, a runner, an RN, a creative thrift-shopper, and a lover of all things adventurous.
