Vladimir Ivanovic is a senior program manager in Microsoft’s SQL Server engineering team, and his current focus is on Azure SQL Database performance area, and automated tuning scenarios. His main passion is around making databases simpler and easier to use via the intelligent self-tuning features. Over his 6 years in Microsoft Database Systems group, Vladimir also worked on shipping SQL Server 2012 and 2014 releases. Before joining Microsoft SQL Server team, Vladimir worked as a dev and dev lead on building core banking solutions that run on top of SQL Server.
