Dr. Hom is currently the Optometric Director at Anthem. He holds doctorates in Biomedicine and Optometry as well as an MPA degree. A retired LTCOL, USAR, Dr. Hom is also a Diplomate in Public Health and Environmental Vision with the American Academy of Optometry and a Trustee of the California Optometric Association.
