Dr. Andrew Morgenstern currently serves as the Director of Optometric Services at Washington Eye Physicians and Surgeons, Clinical Director of The Dry Eye Center of Washington DC and Vision Correction Center and The Official Team Optometrist for The Georgetown University Hoyas Men’s Basketball Team.
Dr. Morgenstern is a graduate of Boston University and Nova Southeastern College of Optometry. He completed his training at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute / Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami, School of Medicine. From 2004-2010 Dr Morgenstern served as the Southeast Atlantic Regional Clinical Director for TLC Laser Eye Centers and has been an Optometric leader in refractive surgery for the past thirteen years.
He has supervised the Medical Resident Refractive Surgery Programs at The Washington Hospital Center / Georgetown University and the University of Virginia as a faculty member. He is also an Assistant Professor at Southern California College of Optometry where he supervises a 4th year clinical rotation at his center.
