Dr. Graham Lakkis

Graham graduated with his Optometry degree from the University of Melbourne in 1988 and was awarded the Commonwealth Postgraduate Research Award. In 1991 he opened his private practice in the Melbourne suburb of Keilor East. The practice has a strong clinical focus on ocular disease, therapeutic management, complex contact lens fitting, and advanced clinical equipment. Graham completed his training in Ocular Therapeutics in 2000.

As well as private practice, Graham is a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne Department of Optometry and Vision Science, and Head Optometrist at the University of Melbourne Glaucoma Clinic. He is a member of the Optometry Board of Australia’s Scheduled Medicines Advisory Committee, Optometry Victoria’s Advisory Committee, and Secretary of the Cornea and Contact Lens Society in Victoria.
