Additional options and features may also be available for your event, either as standard items or add-on items.

Session hours can accumulate after 3 months and can be banked for up to 1 year. For instance, if at the beginning of the fourth month of your subscription you have not used any of your session hours your event(s) can have up to 4 months’ worth of session hours or can be spread across any future events.

Attendees are a ‘use it or lose it’ amount and do not accumulate for the subscription. It does, however, have a three-month rolling window of accumulation available starting after the third month of the subscription. Attendee counts can be used from an immediate-prior month that was unused and ‘borrowed’ from the immediate successive month that is as-yet unused. This means that in the second month of subscription or later, assuming the prior month’s and following month’s attendee allocations have not been used, total attendees can equal up to 3 times this noted number.

Renewals: The contract will renew automatically at the end of the selected period (either monthly or annually). Cancellation must be performed by providing written or email notice 30 days prior to renewal for successive periods. Rate will be adjusted by +3.5% annually based on the date of the contract initiation.
