Virtual Tradeshows, Job Fairs, and Reverse Tradeshows

Tradeshows, job fairs, reverse tradeshows – all of these offer a different event experience that emphasizes the content provided in booths throughout the exhibit hall.

Tradeshows
Booths are used to present information from sponsors, vendors, consultants, and more.  In many cases, the booths will have additional video opportunities provided to the exhibitors.  All features are included with the platform for booths, making it possible for show organizers to create packages of features and creating different exhibitor options.

Exhibitor options include the booths, customizable by the exhibitors, and all of the assets provided there – from spec sheets to how-to videos, from buttons that enable shopping carts to live chat with booth staffers.  The types of assets offered in the booths are nearly endless, as are the sections of the booth, the options to show video as a welcome to the booth, and more.  Your Event Coach can assist in setting up option packages for exhibitors.  And, once they are on board, setting up individual booths is made much easier using the self-service portal for booth setup.

Virtual Job Fairs
Virtual Job Fairs are a great implementation of the exhibitor hall where you can offer booths, videos, downloadable materials about the companies, and more.  In addition, attendees can provide direct links to their profiles on social media services like Twitter and LinkedIn, and Facebook.  These combine to provide unique options for sharing the excitement of a job fair-type event.

…and More
In both cases, the shows can also include informative sessions that help draw attendees.  Create and include sessions on resume creation, or about the types of vendors that are exhibiting, or even an all-sponsor track that allows the sponsors to show off their products and services.

It’s all included – from tradeshows to job fairs to reverse tradeshows.
